Blasdel fabricates a full line of small to medium-sized turnkey finishing systems. We have over 25 years of experience in designing, fabricating, as well as assembling these systems for liquid paint curing, finishing, powder coating, and wheel refinishing applications. Full systems can include conveyors, paint or powder booths, curing ovens and cool down systems.

Our finishing cells are best suited for small, compact finishing operations. If required, these skid-mounted systems can be easily reconfigured, expanded, and moved. Blasdel’s finishing cells are also easy to install and start-up. Finishing cells can be built with several options, including ovens, spray booths, and conveyor systems.

Paint and powder coating equipment for our finishing cells can be manual or automatic with gun triggering. Blasdel enhances the flexibility of your curing ovens through additional design enhancements such as multiple oven zones, continuous run or indexing conveyors, and control options that phase down/shut down the oven when no parts are present. Our finishing cells allow parts to be injection molded, painted, dried, and packaged for final shipment. Minimal handling or intermediate packaging helps to minimize part damage.

We can customize finishing cells for one as well as two-sided parts. In addition to custom fabrication and assembly, our engineers offer additional services such as field installation, system reengineering, as well as start-up and training assistance.
